Thank you for choosing Quick Valut for your Pokémon card collecting needs. Our pre-order service allows customers to reserve upcoming Pokémon card products before their official release date, helping collectors secure highly anticipated and limited-availability releases.

How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order is a reservation for an item that has not yet been released or is not currently available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order through Quick Valut, you secure your product in advance and agree to wait until inventory becomes available.

Please note that product release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without prior notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. This ensures your reservation is secured and allows us to allocate inventory accordingly once products are received.

Shipping Information

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as inventory arrives at our fulfillment facility and is processed for dispatch. Shipping schedules may vary depending on manufacturer release dates, distributor deliveries, and product availability.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Release Date Delays

Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors may postpone product release dates. These delays are outside the control of Quick Valut. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates whenever significant changes occur.

Product Allocations

In rare cases, distributors may reduce the quantity of products allocated to retailers. If allocation shortages occur, pre-orders will be fulfilled based on the order date and time received.

Should we be unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation limitations, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a pre-order should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and may not be accepted once an order has entered processing or preparation for shipment.
