In the movie, Daniel Jackson (played by James Spader) discovers that the ancient Egyptians were enslaved by a race of powerful aliens, known as the Goa'uld System Lords. Their ships were shaped like giant pyramids that open up to launch waves of airborne fighters. This Master Replicas model of the Pyramid was sculpted by Ed Giddings with careful reference to the original model that was used to film the visual effects in the movie.
